  • Intellectual property: Unless otherwise stated in the engagement agreement, you retain ownership of all infrastructure, code, and documentation we create. We may use general methodologies and patterns in future engagements.
  • Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding engagement details and any sensitive information learned during the engagement.
  • Payment terms: Fees are due according to the schedule outlined in the engagement agreement. Late payments may accrue interest or result in work suspension.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice. Termination policies regarding payment for work completed and transition support are defined in the engagement agreement.

Ironleaf Platform Works has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Ironleaf Platform Works of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

9. Modifications

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with any applicable engagement agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ironleaf Platform Works regarding use of the Site and engagement of services. Any previous agreements, understandings, or negotiations, whether written or oral, are superseded by these terms.
